Chef at a two Michelin star restaurant/budding food writer with writing in the Financial Times and The Times.
I am a chef based in London. My culinary journey started a little more than a year, when I had an incredible meal before an open kitchen.
Since then, I’ve challenged myself to speed up my cooking and to work 16-hour shifts in a professional environment. What keeps me going is a love of sampling seasonal produce and experimenting with new recipes and presentations.
I graduated with a B.A(Hons) from the University of Toronto, where I read political science (theory, quantitative methods). After, I attained an MSc in Sustainability, Enterprise, and the Environment at the University of Oxford.
In my spare time I like to play tennis, make documentaries and fly my drone (the cover photo was taken over the intersection of Bay and Bloor in Toronto).

A 21-minute feature of Central United Church in Toronto, filmed, edited, and produced by me. Supported with funding from Shakespeare in Action. The mini documentary explores archival material explaining the history of the church, and more importantly: showcases the people that have kept alive one of Toronto’s oldest churches, and the reasons and ways for how they do it.
End-to-end production of https://community-voices.report/, including web development, web design, photography, visual asset creation (icons, infographics, digital illustrations), and site maintenance.
The webpage makes accessible the years-long-in-the-making Community Voices report developed by the University of Toronto's School of Cities and the Canadian think tank Wellesley Institute. The report chronicles access issues among Toronto’s low socio-economic areas.
